Alba Regalado, PMP, is a Project Manager at the USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI), where she partners with Principal Investigators to plan, coordinate, and execute major research initiatives, including the NSF-funded, four-year, $18 million SPHERE project (sphere-project.net).

In her role, Alba leads and drives collaboration across multi-organizational research teams and key stakeholders to ensure complex efforts are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. In particular, she oversees project scheduling, reporting, risk management, budget coordination, and procurement operations, ensuring that every component is executed with precision and transparency.

Since joining ISI, Alba has earned multiple promotions in recognition of her leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to turn ideas into action. She works closely with academic and industry partners to manage proposal development, project reporting, equipment lifecycle, and stakeholder communications.

Outside of work, Alba is either experimenting in the kitchen, cheering on the Dodgers, or emotionally recovering from watching the Cowboys.
